About Us

Who We Are

Betterway Care Services is a Melbourne-based, NDIS-registered provider dedicated to helping people live more independent, fulfilling lives. Led by director Umang Chawla, a Registered Nurse, our team delivers personalised support across daily living, community nursing, complex care, and life skills development — tailored to each person’s goals.

Our Mission

Care Led by Clinical Expertise and Compassion

We provide person-led disability support that empowers people to make their own choices, every day. Guided by clinical leadership and a genuine commitment to dignity and independence, we walk alongside each participant — ensuring their voice shapes the support they receive.

Our Vision

A Better Way to Live Independently

We want every participant we support to lead their own journey — with dignity, choice, and genuine community connection at the centre of everything we do.

Our Values

Our C.A.R.E. Promise

C

Compassion

We treat every person we support with warmth, patience, and genuine care — never just as a service to deliver.

A

Autonomy

Your goals and choices lead every decision. We’re here to support your independence, not replace it.

R

Respect

We honour your dignity, culture, and individuality in every interaction, big or small.

E

Excellence

Led by clinical expertise and ongoing training, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safe, quality care.

Why Choose Us?

Every plan, every visit, every decision is guided by your goals, not ours. If you’re ready to explore what better, more personal NDIS support looks like, we’d love to hear from you.
